Yes, all of our products are made for YOU, not us. This means being based on your needs rather than our convenience. Whatever systems you are using now, we'll work around them.

Are there going to be any hidden charges?

No, we never hide fees. In fact, as a measure of transparency, all quotes and bills are fully itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for.

How does your pricing work?

Typically, we'll quote you for the initial product/service. Because everyone's needs are different, there is no one-size-fits-all. We'll quote you separately for any subscriptions, if applicable (e.g. a cloud solution that requires continuous support).

How do I get updates?

We'll send out notifications as needed when software needs to be updated. You can download these updates at your convenience.

Are your solutions scalable for enterprise use?

They sure are! Weather it's a small franchise or an international chain, all of our products and services are made to be scalable. After all, if something's worth doing, it's worth doing right!

Are you services available in multiple languages or regions?

Generally, yes. Of course, it's a case-by-case basis. There may be some situations where a third party must be contacted if your needs are beyond the capacity of standard translation tools.
